Authoritative total
The checkout total is calculated from the current server quote. Currency, precision, discount, payment channel and payment-attempt identity are frozen before a hosted payment handoff.
Hosted payment
When a gateway is enabled, APlaza redirects to the provider's hosted payment page and waits for a verified server-side callback or reconciliation result. Returning to the store does not settle an order by itself.
Unavailable methods
A disabled, unconfigured or ineligible gateway is rejected before any provider request. Do not send payment to an address or account supplied outside the checkout flow. If the store does not display a method, it cannot be used for that order.
Payment support
For a payment question, use the order reference from your account. Support can explain a pending or failed state after ownership verification, but cannot override the payment provider's signed settlement result.
