APlaza support is provided through the public website and the authenticated account area. Telegram Mini App ordering, Telegram Stars payments and automated bot delivery are not part of the current active checkout.
Messages
When a supported notification channel is enabled, a message may contain only a status and the random order reference. A message will never be treated as proof of payment or as a delivery credential.
Safety
Never share a password, one-time code, API key, wallet secret or full delivery value with a bot or support account. Use the website account to view private order details and verify the destination before following a link.
Future activation
Any future bot or Mini App rollout requires a verified public policy, support destination, bot configuration, payment acceptance and an independent staging review before sales are enabled.
